 Welcome to Henfield Parish Council

HENFIELD - small town size with a friendly village feeling

  • Henfield is a pleasant rural village within West Sussex, lying at the edge of the South Downs National Park
  • The Parish covers an area of approximately 8 square miles and includes the northerly part of the neighbouring village of Small Dole
  • Henfield has a population of over 5,000 people and is able to maintain a vibrant community, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, well supported by local commerce
  • Henfield Parish Council is run from an office based in The Henfield Hall
  • Council meetings are open to anyone, and residents are encouraged to provide input during "Open Forum”.

    The Parish Council office is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and Wednesdays from 10.00am to 3.00 pm

ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 6TH MARCH
The Annual Henfield Parish meeting is on Tuesday 6th March at 7.30 pm in the Henfield Hall.  The purpose of this annual meeting is to give Henfield residents the opportunity to comment on anything relating to Henfield and to question their elected representatives on the Parish, District and County Councils.  Following the meeting light refreshments will be available when you will have the opportunity to meet informally with your elected representatives.  The 2011 Council Annual report is available HERE
